However, unifying three distinct business lines—Beta, Maxit, and Mediant—under the BetaNXT umbrella was challenging as each had its own tools, practices, and methodologies.
Working with Adaptavist, BetaNXT has standardised its development tooling using GitLab and built a robust, future-proof architecture on AWS. And the results are impressive: a smooth migration six months ahead of schedule, a faster time-to-market with new cloud architecture, and an incredible 67 percent reduction in tooling that has reduced complexity and costs.
